Inboxes with brains
Shared inboxes for the team. The AI sorts, files every email under the right project and drafts the reply.
Quotes people enjoy reading
A page designer for quotes, brochures and project books. The client accepts with one click in the portal.
QR invoices
Partial and final invoices to the Swiss standard, with earlier partial invoices deducted automatically.
Accounting included
Double-entry bookkeeping on the Swiss SME chart of accounts, bank reconciliation, VAT returns and year-end closing.
Payroll without Excel
Payroll runs with AHV, BVG and withholding tax, payslips and the salary certificate at year end.
Building sites under control
The AI prepares site visits, photos work offline too. Fitters get instructions with pictures and video.
Team and appointments
Time tracking with statutory break deduction, a team calendar and online booking for clients in five languages.
Client portal
Progress, documents, quotes, invoices and chat in one place. Installable as an app on the phone.
Plus: two-factor login, roles and permissions, daily backups and an alert whenever something gets stuck.
