When you contact us via the contact form or by email, we store your name, email address and message in order to process your enquiry.

Usage data

We do not use any analytics tools, tracking pixels or advertising SDKs. We do not use cookies for tracking purposes.

Third-party services

We use the following processors to operate our website and our correspondence. They process data solely on our behalf.

Cloudflare

Our website is served via Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). Cloudflare may process connection metadata (IP address, browser type) for security and performance purposes.Cloudflare Privacy Policy

Resend (email delivery)

All outgoing emails — confirmations for form submissions, our replies to your enquiries and invoice delivery — are sent via Resend, Inc. (USA). This transfers the recipient address, name, subject and content of the message.Resend Privacy Policy

Anthropic (AI-assisted processing)

We use Anthropic, PBC's (USA) Claude API for two purposes: incoming emails are analysed in order to triage them and draft suggested replies, which transfers the sender and the text of the message. Uploaded or scanned documents and receipts are analysed in order to summarise them and extract receipt data, which transfers the respective file in full. According to Anthropic, data submitted via the API is not used to train its models.Anthropic Privacy Policy

Data sharing

We only share your data in the following cases:

  • Processors: Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (email delivery) and Anthropic (AI-assisted processing) process data as described above
  • Legal requirements: When required by Swiss law or upon valid requests from Swiss authorities

We do NOT sell your personal data. We do NOT share data with advertisers.

Transfers abroad

Cloudflare, Resend and Anthropic are based in the USA. Your data may therefore be transferred to and processed in the USA. This is based on data processing agreements with the respective providers that incorporate the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Data storage & security

All data transmissions are encrypted via HTTPS. While we follow industry best practices to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

Your rights

Under Swiss law (nFADP) and GDPR (for EU/EEA residents), you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Object to processing
  • Data portability
